Trouble syncing words with music when recording.

[jjparmalow]

I am having problems recording. When I record my lyrics start before they should. I have tried the adjustments on the screen but they don't help. Just started using the record feature. Something simple I am sure. Thanks.

It may be the latency introduced by the soundcard is too big. What is the offset between the soundtrack and the recording?

The voice recording starts maybe three seconds before it should.
