can't open the program

o.k. guys I was here in October or November and stumped you with the problem I was having. I downloaded and purchased cd+g burner it worked great I updated my computer by installing a bigger drive when I reloaded the program it no longer works. After serveral e-mail and so on, it was suggested that I format my computer as we have ruled out hardware since when I reconnect my old drive the program still works. I have format and did a fresh install of windows xp home. I have not installed service pack 2 yet just incase it was the problem. but unfortunately, the program still fails to work. when I try to open the program nothing happens nothing no error code nothing. Any help I like the program kinda upset that I bought something I can't use would love to get this straightened out so it works.

Have you tried the latest 1.3.6 version?
