crashes when accessing tools
just reinstalled siglos karaoke pro after wiping my laptop and reinstalling everything. I had saved the "my karaoke" folder from the last install I had to preserve the database etc. loaded up fine so I installed the latest update. Seemed ok but I wanted to change a few settings. Now every time I try and access the tools the program crashes. ( Win Vista 64 ) tried re-booting but just continues to crash
I'm sorry that you are having problems with our software.
Please try running this registry script:
http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/si ... efault.reg
It should revert all settings to default. If it does not help please delete siglos.db file from My Documents/My Karaoke.

I tried running the script - still crashes.
Tried deleting the database and let the program create a new one - still crashes.
Did a complete uninstall - reinstall - Did not create a database (It takes 2 hrs to scan and enter all my zip files) No change still crashes every time I try and open the tools menu.
All I have done is put a fresh installation of Win Vista 64 on my laptop..... Help !!!!

Please do the following: 1. Run the program 2. Click in the program main window 3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L 4. Message "Log enabled" should appear 5. Restart the program 6. Follow the actions leading to the problem 7. Exit the program 8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to support@powerkaraoke.com.

Same Problem
BINGO I had the same problem but somehow it was fixed with the latest versions.
Latest Power Tools works with windows 7 pro 64
I had same issue version 2.03 with windows pro 7 64 bit would not open error message program will close trouble shoot the settings.
No settings fixed the issue
Downloaded the newer version I think it is 2.07 works fine so far that is. I just installed it a few minutes ago in trial mode the program opened did not crash
