ok adam this is well beyond a joke now, Ive given you and support 3 email addresses, 2 with ntl and 1 gmail.
I don't have any problems with receiving email from anybody else on these addresses.
So somethings wrong at your end.
Ive done all I can so please arrange for my purchase to be reembursed to Paypal

How come I am receiviing .. Topic reply notification .. sent from
info@powerkaraoke.com and not from wherever they are trying to send the code from ?

Did you check your spam folder? The e-mail contains the link to setup.exe file. Maybe your system filters out such messages?

Of course I checked my spam folders, Ive been in the computer industry a long time.
Are you suggesting I should change my security filters because your sending spurious files which any decent system would see as suspect?
My system is protected by bitdefender.
And in any case gmail is web based and your email would be accepted by that, it would only be rejected if I tried to download it.

ok got it on all 3 addresses
