Recorded song playback issues

Using trial for Siglos Player/Recorder I have the following issues playing
back the recorded song:
1. Vocals very ,very faint. When I play the vocals outside of Siglos, like
Windows player, volume is normal.
2. Vocals stay on for only one minute and disappears but music continues.
Trial time is 2 minutes for the song.
3. Sometimes in playback there is no vocal, just the music.
