It just won't import one song! Help :)

Hi there! I'm new here.

I have been using Siglos Karaoke Professional for years, and never had an issue.

Except now! I had to redo the list because I accidentally had .zip files selected and it ran horribly slow (as warned).. but when I redid it, I had to remove 1 song because because it caused the program to crash (even though it was fine just the say before!!!) but that's okay, I removed that.. but now, it refuses to add Mariah Carey's Hero. I have more than one version, I've tried to move it, rename it, add it in several different ways, but it will not add it to the data base.

Does anyone have any ideas? It's one of the most requested songs!! haha.

I just bought the upgrade yesterday, in hope that it would fix it. but nope! Now all of the sudden, it doesn't like the song.

Was the song removed from the database using Remove button?

No I've even reinstalled from scratch, even so there were no longer any settings left over.

It's got me so confused!!

Is there any error message displayed when you are trying to add the song?

No. It just doesn't add. I found another song (so I don't know how many more it's dropped) last night where it didn't add it.

You may try using a tag editor to remove the tag information from the song your having a problem with then try importing into siglos, it it goes you can go back and re-edit the tag. I use mp3tag free program you can download.

Thanks for that, I'll check it out. the only problem i see with that, is I don't know how many songs it hasn't added. I won't find that out until someone requests it. haha
