Playlist stopped loading....Period

I am running the newest version of player 2 and have 2 different Playlist for the 2 different external hard drives Ihave. They both allow me to pull the info into siglos player 2 and basically start a new Playlist fine. I can then save and.load the newly created one but no go on the two others. They've been used over 3 yrs adding songs as we go. Tried to run the program that performs default settings and also tried uninstall/reinstall.. still nothing. Show tonight and no Playlist to use. Any help greatly appreciated.

Are you unable to locate the playlist file, or files do not show after you load it? If this is the latter, maybe you have moved the files to a different drive or folder?
