unable to burn a CD+G disc.

I read many of the post and tried the suggestions that were indicated
It sys it is writing the lead in track but it stays at 0%. Then after a long time it gives me an error message "CDRAO burning could not start the burn process. switch to internal mode and try again. I did it and get the message try switching to CDRAO. It keeps ruining all the CD's making them unable to be used again.
