Convert CD+G files to MP3+G files

The Toolbox is supposed to have an option for creating a bin file instead of a CD+G according to the Power Karaoke website for Karaoke CD+G Creator.
Mine does not show that option. It did before but now it doesn't. What setting makes that option appear in the toolbox?

You may set the desired output format in "Create -> Create CD+G file" dialog box.
