Hey Support

Did you receive my email that I sent the other day? It included my KP Log that has my problem.

Is there any progress in finding a solution to my problem? I also found out when my external hard drive is connected to my laptop prior to starting KP the files do not disappear. But if I start KP then connect my external hard drive the folder and files I mentioned in my email disappears. Not sure if this info will help or not, but can you let me know if you're getting close to solving this problem?
