Service starts but no program windows appear

Hello. I recently upgraded to WinX and reinstalled your software yesterday. The program shows as running as a service and when I click on it Windows says it is working properly. However, I have no windows. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, what do I do to fix it? Thanks!
