I sent a screenshot as my code would not work after I purchased burner . I was given a programme to download and a username and password which I put in. came up serial number recognized then press ok. Where do I go now to get the full version of burner without having to pay for it again now that you have said the code is ok. What code do I enter if any to use the burner i hace recently just paid for.

Can you please email me a screenshot of About window of your Power CD+G Burner 2? If the program I have sent you worked the program should be registered, so there must be something else we are missing.
