burn disc

I cannot get my CD+G to burn a disc. Has my subscription expired? Please contact me with an answer.

Are you getting any error message?

Could you please email to support@powerkaraoke.com a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file -- please press Ctrl+L in Power CD+G Burner and the folder containing the log file will open. This will allow us to find what the problem might be.
