Power CD+G Burner 2

I can run this software on Windows 7 just fine, but the drive I have doesn't support burning CD+G's. I've tried on 2 different computer that are running Windows 10 and I keep running in to the problem of the software freezing when trying to prepare the files for burning. Is that an issue with Windows 10 and how do I fix it. I'm getting really frustrated after burning 20 CD's without a good outcome.

Please run the program, and press CTRL+L. The folder with the log file cdgblog.txt will be displayed. Please attach the file to a e-mail message, and send to support@powerkaraoke.com.
