You may email it to info@powerkaraoke.com. As it is a large file you may zip it before sending. Or you may use a service like wesendit.com if it is still too large.

The logs from both of you pointed to the same problem. Maybe this one will make it go away:

First the good news. Ran all night without a freeze up. Now the bad new. I have never had this issue on this computer 8 core memory and 8 gig of memory. The Graphics would freeze but the song keep playing and after a couple of seconds the graphics would catch up and play ok for a bit then freeze and then catch up. This only happened a couple of time but no log was generated. I had the task manager running and did not see any lag in processor or memory, no excess use in either one. Any Ideas?????

Dana, were they regular CD+G files? Also did that happen every time or only for some of them?

They are cd+g files (zip) and it only happened maybe on a half dozen songs, but I tried the same song I was doing when I got home and it played ok so I don't think it was the file. I had this happen on the computer I use at home a while back but with newer versions, it seemed to go away. This is the first time I have ever had it happen on the computer I use to do a show. it has lots of memory and has always worked well. working again tonight will see what happens tonight.

one other thing, the songs are on external hard drives and the drive did seem to be very active. Much more than I had noticed in the past, I have two of them one for mp3 music and one for karaoke and even when just playing some music both drives lights were very actively flashing like files were being or trying to be accessed.
