SKP & AVI files

I sent you an email with the log from SKP. I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this problem but when I play a karaoke song that is an AVI the singer preview screen does not show the song. It only shows the announcement screen. If I play a Mp3+G or Mp4 karaoke song the preview screen plays just fine. The log I sent you started with an AVI song then it played a Mp3+G karaoke song then an Mp4 karaoke song then another AVI karaoke song. Also, I closed SKP with a singer still having songs in the que and when I restarted SKP the singer's name was missing but the songs were still there. Another thing is when I restarted SKP the data base of songs was empty.

Piotr did the log I send you help with this problem? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

*UPDATE*
I just realized the karaoke file that isn't showing up in the singer's preview screen is actually an MPG file and not an AVI file. A new problem that I encountered is when I do use an AVI karaoke file it crashes my SKP. If any of you use MPG or AVI karaoke files can you see if it does the same thing? As instructed by Piotr, I made sure the "Force FFDShow filter usage" is checked on the KJ cont. screen in the settings. The AVI crash's log was sent to Piotr for his investigation of the problem. Just keeping everybody updated with this problem I'm encountering. Hopefully with Piotr's expertise this problem will be solved!
