version 2063 - multiple issues

Hi

I just installed SKP 2063 and it is of to a bad start. Constant crashes when playing downloads, both old ones and fresh downloaded.

singer preview screen dosn't show anythning usefull - lots of blurry white noise stuff

The new visualizer screen thing, is deffinatly not my first priority in new gadgets for my karaokeshow - it is just a distraction

Think I rewind to 2057 again untill the issues have been solved

otherwise - still the best karaokesoftware I've seen - keep up the good work

I am not experiencing any problems with my SKP that you are having.

Download this reg file and run it. It will reset SKP to default. Sometimes when SKP acts up, running this file will clear the problem. Before you run the script either write down your current settings or take screen shots because the script will reset all of your settings to default and you have to reset it the way you like it.

Also what kind of files are you playing? CDG or video?

also you mentioned downloads.
do you not get this issue if you rip straight from a disc?
where are your downloads coming from?
just one site or all download sites have this issue?

after running your two files and resetting siglos completely Im Down to only one problem. when I download a song from youtube, SKP crashes and close.

so only youtube files are a problem now

for the record, I have only MP3+G files, and they are ripped from CDs or downloaded from different sites

Can you please try 2.0.65 released today? If it still does not work please send me the log file.

Just for the heck of it I tried the YouTube feature and v65 works for me. It searched and played the video I selected.

Still no result

I got version 2066.3 now, and deleted all former versions of the youtube song, and downloaded it again. As soon as i try to add it to the playlist, the program crashes! It there was some kind of rescan of all my song, something with song lenght when I updatede last time, as from that moment, everything went wrong, And I has not been able to roll back, and the new versions didnt do the trick... Dont know what to do now. I REALLY need that song, and I need to transpose and tempochange the way Siglos can :-/

Can you please:

1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to Documents -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to me at info@powerkaraoke.com

I know tried the youtube download from my old computer. First I updated to newest version, and then got the youtube song - same problem. After download, I press add and close, and the program crashes

Did you send the log to Piotr? If you didn't, I would recommend you follow Piotr's directions and send the log for him to analyze your problem.
