SoundTools "Merge" not merging...

Trying to merge two tracks to a medley and no matter what I do I only get the first track in the medley not a second or third track.

Is there a setting or something I am missing?

I am just adding tracks, telling the program where I want the finished track and hitting "run".

What is the format of these files? You may e-mail the files to support@powerkaraoke.com for testing.
