Siglos player recorder not opening after latest win10 update

Since the last windows 10 update, my siglos won't open. I downloaded the latest demo version and opens fine but I am not purchasing the new version. How do I fix the last version update I got in march?

have you tried to reinstall?
the latest Win update threw some curveballs. since you got the demo to work, attempt a reinstall of the version your code works for.

Nope, it opens and promptly crashes and closes. The new version works in demo mode but I paid for a working version and expect it to work without buying the update all over again.

keep in mind, Microsoft changed things. Siglos DID work until MICROSOFT changed things and broke it. this is why Siglos had to make a new version to compensate for what Microsoft broke.
because of Micro$oft's f**k up, getting the newest version may be your best bet

Please remember that if the program was purchased within one year, the upgrade to the latest release is free.

I am 2 months past my year upgrade. If you can't give me a fix, I certainly will never buy anything from your company again. Most uploads give you lifetime bug fixes and it's funny that a month after my upgrade ended that it stops working......didn't work bug free before that either.

it was said in your original post that Microsoft screwed it up and made changes.
have you attempted installing and opening in compatability mode?
