i purchased two of your products and was very happy with them, i upgraded to pro transaction #195900 paypal but it has been 4-5 days and you have not responded to my massages,if you don't want my bussness then i will go back to paypal and ask fo refund please advise.

It looks like your e-mail provider blocks e-mail messages send from our server. Please contact support@powerkaraoke.com directly, and provide a different e-mail address to send the unlock code to.
