siglo's won't start

Post by dragon »

I have been using siglo's for over year now and just today the program won't start and I tried to restart the program to no avail. All other programs are working perfectly so it has something to do with siglo's. I am very disapointed because I paid over $120.00 for it and one year later i am losing alot of money from it.

Is there any error message displayed?

siglo's shuts down

No There is no error message. It starts and then closes instantly. I tried reinstalling it and it still isn't working.

I am now getting a runtime error on the computer. It says this application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Please try running this registry script:

http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/si ... efault.reg

It should revert all settings to default. If it does not help please delete siglos.db file from My Documents/My Karaoke.

I did try all of these suggestions and still cannot get Siglos to start. I have had the program for several years with no issues.

When I open the program I see:
Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder 2 has stopped working.

Below that it reads:
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I have tried running registry, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no change

Thanks for any help!

Further that, I cannot see the code below.

Do you have Windows 10 Creators Edition update installed? Maybe you have some old version of the program that does not support it? I recommend to renew the program license, and install the latest release of the program.
