unlock button

I ordered an additional year of updates and was sent an unlock code. The drop down help menu choice "unlock" will not activate to allow me to use more than the 1000 songs I imported..

THIS PROCEDURE ON YOUR HELP MENU DOES NOT ALLOW THE UNLOCK BUTTON TO ACTIVATE:

"If your current unlock code is still valid you may re-enter the new code. To do this you need to select Help menu while holding down SHIFT key and then select Unlock command."

Please use CTRL key instead of SHIFT key.

Nope.. Control key is not allowing the unlock prompt to activate..??????

What is the name of the program?

Siglos Karaoke Professional is the program.

Please keep CTRL key pressed, and then open Help -> Unlock command.
