DOWNLOAD PROGRAMS

I purchased siglos karaoke and cdg burner and have purchased a new computer and cannot transfer these programs to it. When I try to use the download codes I used on my old computer the program tells me the codes are not good. Can you please send me an email with codes so I can download these two programs on my new computer. Thank you. purchase date was 10/22/2017.
