Unable to register the DLL/OCX error

Trying to install Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder and get the error message "Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr 32 failed with exit Code Ox3".

Please run the setup file as administrator with "Run as administrator" command from right-click menu.
