Software not accepting unlock codes.

Evidently Doblon has a way of making their software become obsolete in suddenly not accepting the unlock codes. My Sound Tools stopped working. and said I needed an unlock code. When I read in my code (about fifteen times over) it said the code was not recognized.

This is a really bad way to do business.

It makes me want to start looking for other software for karaoke.

I've sent 3 emails to the support, info, and another and have not heard back yet from any of them. The easy solution obviously is to buy a new code.

I don't want a new code. I want my old one to work as it's supposed to.

And how Doblon is supposed to do that? Your accusations are false and unfair.

Unless you installed the latest release of the program, and as I understood you did not, there is no reason for the program to lock by itself. Did you use any computer tuning or registry cleaning software? Such tools may remove programs entries from Windows registry causing them to lock.

Your e-mail was answered. Please apply the received instruction. Also, please make sure date&time settings on your computer are correct.
