A Check box to remember the singers name or not on the phone
This would be used in the case that you put out computer or tablet as a public terminal.

I think this problem is tied to cell phone displays. The screenshot is from my iPhone Safari browser. Firefox on my computer is displayed how it should be.Paradigm Karaoke wrote:i quite literally just logged on here right now to reportthis same thing.
both Firefox and Chrome on Android have the same appearance.
Piotr, one question. Will you be adding the detect comma feature for the remote display?

it looks like it needs to be able to scale down more than it is, the page does not appear to be responsive to platform differences.
maybe that will also fix the logo scaling. logos look very small on screen.
a few bugs...
after installing or resetting registry
singer queue shows 1684960570 songs
1852795252 most popular songs going back 1634889571 days
keychange steps allowed 1869377379
and setting the local server port to 80 causes a runtime error. resetting the registry will correct it as long as i don't try to use that port again.
separately, Piotr, i may be in need of your assistance with library maintenance to fully utilize this new system.

Paradigm, I'm not experiencing the same problems you are receiving, but the current queue on a remote laptop looks like this:Paradigm Karaoke wrote:it looks like it needs to be able to scale down more than it is, the page does not appear to be responsive to platform differences.

The current queue on the cell phone looks normal though.

There is a reason we did not choose 80 port by default -- on some machines it may be used by IIS (webserver included by Windows Professional) and may cause conflicts. Please check if you do not have it running (open 'localhost' in your browser).Paradigm Karaoke wrote:are you able to get port 80 to work without causing a runtime error?

good point Piotr, but i have 10 Home and checked, INET server is not installed.
add it to the list of WTF on my computers. i still have that same issue on one computer where i can play discs for a week or two but after that on one login (only my American Legion login) it will cause a crash. the onl;y correction is to delete the login and create a new one. which works for a few weeks then same thing.
the two other logins on that computer work fine, it's only the one i create for the Legion.
talk about gremlins

The new build is up:
https://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/2 ... -setup.exe
The main change is the login button on a welcome page. It enables 'My Songs' and gives the user ability to move and delete their songs already in the queue.
More is coming.

Piotr, I installed your newest version #26 and when I went to the web browser and entered the IP addy and searched for an artist all I got was the circle that kept going round and round. Then I noticed my mouse was acting sluggish so I checked task manger and KP CPU usage went up to 95% and hovered between 90-95%. I never got the remote browser to display any artist name. Then the mouse would not move at all.Piotr wrote:The new build is up:

By the way, did I miss version 25? It looks like the KP's version went from 24 to 26.
