newbie with Question

I cannot hear the audio when I open a power karaoke song with the windows media player. I can see the words but no sound? any input you might have would be greatly apreciated. Thanks to all who reply.

What files are you trying to open -- BIN or CDG+MP3? If it is the second case, please make sure the MP3 file is located in the same folder as CDG.
