Can't display chinese words

Please help! Anyone had the same problem as me? The problem is that I can't display any chinese words. it will be changed as symbols or squares. BTW, I tried using many different kind of software, but all failed to do so. please let me know if anyone had experience doing that and can fix the problem, thank you.

Please make sure that you are using Karaoke CD+G Creator Pro. If you do not see Chinese characters in lyrics editor, then change font to one that supports Chinese characters in Preferences dialog box. If you are not seeing Chinese characters in Preview window then change font in CD+G Settings dialog box.

If anyone has experience to display chinese characters, please let me know which font will work, thank you.

What fonts are you normally using for Chinese characters in Word? I know MS Mincho works for fine on my machine.
