I realize that I can only use mp3 and wav files. I guess my question is how do I know that Im downloading in correct format. I've already signed up for URGE and paid for music I cant use with karaoke creator pro. All downloads are on windows Media Player. Can I can convert the files that I have already downloaded to mp3 or wav.

The info on the URGE page states that the MP3 and WAV files are available. Maybe you should contact them for help on how to download the WAV or MP3 files.
