Help with karaoke creator

Hi I have purchase Power karaoke burner and I am try8ing to test some creators so I tried the trial version of CD+G creator and it won't let me use it it says that this computer has already used it.

I would like to try it before I buy it is there a way to get over this error, as I have not used it yet

What is the exact message being displayed?

The error says, after I install it, that this computer has already used the evaluation, but that is what I get every time I try to download it.

I just want to see if it works before I buy it but I am very leery of it now.
Am I doing something wrong

I'm sorry, that you are having problems with our software. Unfortunately, the procedure to reset the evaluation is not that simple. Our engineer is currently on vacations. He will be back in about two weeks. We will contact you as soon as the gets back.
