Siglos Karaoke Pro
1) an option to change venue for a singer, or better yet, add multiple venues. (eg. i no linger do Catalina, but some singers followed me elsewhere, or scenario 2, Mike sees me at Robert Emmet's, but also comes to George & Dragon, let me add G&D to his venue list as well.)
2) more a question...should the venue name be showing on the singers name like id used to (eg. Mike {V:G&D}) or has that changed and i am missing a setting?
3) sorting singers songs within add singer by date last performed (like in quick songs, but within their entire history for those with over 50 songs)
4) in lieu of suggestion #3, allow bi directional sorting in quick songs to show the songs in decending order of date or ascending order (so we can look at the oldest 50 songs to encourage not the same old songs over and over again)
5) not sure if this is possible....is read ahead possible on a cd so that Siglos could read ahead to determine and skip the silence on a physical cdg?
6) drag and drop repositioning of the singer rotation order.
7) along with #6, drag and drop from quick singers into the spot they should go into. (i think when #6 is implemented, this will take care of itself.)
i'm sure i will think of more, but keep doing what you are doing, this keeps getting better all the time guys. thank you so much for all your hard work keeping this at the top of the professional hosting software list.

How about adding another choice to the add singer rotation. Include "Add New Singer Before Current Singer" this way any new singers will be placed at the end of the current list of singers. I'm thinking you could remove the "Add New Singer After Current Singer" selection. I don't know about other KJs but new singers will never be up right after they turn in a song in my venue.
Adam or Piotr, can this feature be added?hornet59 wrote:How about adding another choice to the add singer rotation. Hope you, your family and the entire staff at PowerKaraoke had a great Christmas and will have a better New Year! Thank you for all the hard work that everyone has put in to make your products the best on the market!Piotr wrote:This should be easy, will see if we can add this in the next release. I will go through Paradigm's list later, sorry for not doing it earlier, but I took a short Christmas break.

Piotr, will the "Add New Singer Before Current Singer" be added soon? I was looking forward to this feature. Hopefully it can be done soon.Piotr wrote:This should be easy, will see if we can add this in the next release. Please Please Please say that this will be added soon. It's just something that been really annoying me when I have a full list of singers and new singers keep coming in. New singers will always have to wait a full rotation before they can sing and adding this feature will place their name in the proper place. Thanks.

on the quick songs dialog, a button that is a reset.
click it and the search field is cleared, the "search this singer" button is depressed, and the search button is pressed. this quickly clears the search and gets us right back to the singers history. similar to the "clear search" button in the "add singer" dialog.

gonna throw one more on here...
in the add singer dialog, we see artist, title, disc, track.
while track info is unimportant to me unless i need to re-rip a song, i can see that in the "edit" screen.
what WOULD be nice is to be able to see...
Artist, Title, Key, Tempo, Last Date
all the information is recorded in the history, so it is just a matter of showing.
an addendum ....
it would be REALLY nice to be able to change the key in this list, for the singers that come up after they sing and say "ok, that didn't work...lets try two down next time"
at the moment, the only way to handle that is to write ti down somewhere and look when they sing that song again. being able to change it in the history list would make it a simple thing.
'
maybe as a popup like the "edit" button does to change the name. right click the song in their history and chose "edit this song in history" and a popup showing the name, key and tempo.

Adam or Piotr, its been a while since you said this feature should be an easy addon yet no one has said anything. Is it being worked on as an addition to an upcoming update?hornet59 wrote:Piotrhornet59 wrote:hornet59 wrote: Adam or Piotr, can this feature be added?Piotr, will the "Add New Singer Before Current Singer" be added soon? Adam or Piotr will this feature be added soon? Why the complete silence all of a sudden? I'm sure other KJs can use this feature as well. I know I'm looking forward to it.hornet59 wrote:Adam or Piotr, its been a while since you said this feature should be an easy addon yet no one has said anything. Thank you Piotr! I just got frustrated that nothing was being said about the request I submitted. Keeping your users updated is all we ask. If you said things couldn't be done or it's in the works then that's fine. I kept asking because you said it was a simple add on feature. I've often raved about the outstanding support we users get from Power Karaoke. For a while the support was the best from any of the manus. Hopefully it'll get back to the kind of support we love from your company. I'm sure Paradigm can attest to the type of support PK can and have provided us in the past. Keep up the good work, but please just let us users know what the status is if we should ask. It's the silence that can drive us crazy.
