Unlock Code?

Hello, I purchased Power CD+G Burner 2 and per the Order Status page the unlock code has been sent:

Details of PowerKaraoke Order.
Order Number: 197789
User Postcode: 46203
Order Status: Unlock codes sent
Ordered Products: Power CD+G Burner 2

However, I've checked my Inbox and spam folder and as of yet I've not received the code. Per the recommendation in a separate Blog entry, I've also tried following up with support@powerkaraoke.com but to no avail. Might I request that it be re-sent? Thank you kindly - Jacques Jessen

I checked again this morning and do not find any code/confirmation. I've verified that there is nothing in the Junk/Spam collector, and there are no address filters blocking any addresses (the list is empty and disabled). What are my options to try and get this code? Thank you kindly for your response - Jacques
