Hello, I purchased Power CD+G Burner 2 and per the Order Status page the unlock code has been sent:

However, I've checked my Inbox and spam folder and as of yet I've not received the code. Per the recommendation in a separate Blog entry, I've also tried following up with support@powerkaraoke.com but to no avail. Might I request that it be re-sent? Thank you kindly - Jacques Jessen

I checked again this morning and do not find any code/confirmation. I've verified that there is nothing in the Junk/Spam collector, and there are no address filters blocking any addresses (the list is empty and disabled). What are my options to try and get this code?
