Not accepting registration code

Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder 2 started crashing so I tried to reinstall. I have my original e-mail with the registration code, but when enter it into the unlock fields, nothing happens. I am using 'Ctrl-C' to copy the e-mail, and the fields seem to populate correctly, but the program remains in unregistered mode.
