MP4 files take long to load, is this normal ?

running Siglos player recorder 2 version 2.0.70 mp4 files take like 10 to 15 seconds to load after dragged to siglos play list. this normal ?

I figured out what is causing my audio to stop for about 7 seconds, While playing a song my singer is singing if I add a MP4 file to the playlist the audio drops out of the song playing for about 5 to seven seconds, the words continue to scroll just no sound. this happens even if an mp4 is added to the list after other songs on the list. I know now how to avoid my problem but I like to add up coming songs as the requests come in and just wanted to make you aware of this possible bug. thanks Michael

Thanks adam both my problems seem to be fixed now that I downloaded that codec. your superior customer service is why I still buy all my products from you after 13 years. keep up the good work ..thank you
