Windows 10 Help!

New computer, has Windows 10. We're unable to download the karaoke file - says "would you like to save this file" - choices are Save and Cancel. We hit Save. Then Nothing. No error messages. Done this repeatedly, same result. Surely Someone else has had this problem - How did you fix it??

Do you refer to download from YouTube feature? Which version of the program do you have installed?

Hi Adam - Thanks for getting back to us; this is not related to YouTube.

We don't yet have Any PowerKaraoke installed on this computer. We have it on an older laptop, and Love it! But we are unable to download the powerkaraoke exe file on this new laptop, which has Windows 10 (the old one has Windows 7). Help, Please! Thanks.

Please try using a different Internet browser to download the setup file.
