computer crash

My computer crashed while doing update and I lost all my software. Fortunately I had most of my files backed up.

My problem is I had several of your software programs for creating and modifying karaoke music and they were lost . My email program was also lost and I had saved the codes to open the software in a folder on the program.

I am in the process of reinstalling all of my software. Is it possible to get the codes I need to activate the programs after I download the software?
