Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Hi, I'm a long time customer, I suggested to my friend Ceki who is 75 that he purchase the Power CD+G burner. When he downloaded it, he tried to put it on a lap top computer with Vista.....we were unable to unlock with the code. So I said maybe the Vista was the problem and we downloaded it to his All in One with Windows 10 and it still didn't unlock. What are we doing wrong? I tried uninstalling and downloading a few times, nothing worked. We contacted the Karaoke Download administrator and he had no answers. Please help us.

The best way to enter the unlock code is to select the entire email with
the unlock key (press Ctrl+A), and then copy it to the clipboard (press
Ctrl+C). All fields in Unlock dialog should be populated.

If this does not work please copy and paste the unlock code. To do this
copy it in the registration email (select it with mouse and press
Ctrl+C) and then paste into the dialog box (activate unlock code edit
box and press Ctrl+V).You may also do the same for email address, as
unlock code depends on it.
