karaoke cd+g creator pro CONSTANTLY Crashes

hi,

i don't know why by it seems like everything i try to do with my
karaoke cd+g creator pro v2.0.15
constantly CRASHES ...
wether i am importing mp3 converting cd+g - midi files or whatever ... it just crashes in the by the end of the process and NEVER let me FULLY complete ...
it gives my a Window message :

" untitled - karaoke cd+g creator: karaokeCDGcreatorpro.exe- application error
the instruction at "0x5ad71531" reference memory at "0x00000014" the memory could not be read
Click OK to terminate the program "

BUT now, when i uses my PowerKaraoke Plus v1.2.9, to do all these thing it is fine WITHOUT any problem ...
i figure karaoke cd+g creator pro had more option that why i bought it ...
what good it is if it just KEEP crashing on me with everything i do.
