Unable to unlock

Hi all, I have my unlock code, I had a crash and have had them send it to me. But I have tried everything and I can still NOT unlock my program, I am using power karaoke creator.
I have tried the copy and paste, I have just sent them a screen shot of my unlock dialogue, does anyone have any ideas why I can't unlock it?

I have sent my information to support and today I just received an email stating that I am over the year, which I don't think it is, but that if I want any more help then I have to re purchase the program....
So I am left high and dry I guess, I will purchase a program but know now that there will be NO support I will not purchase from them..

Are you unlocking the program downloaded after the purchase, or the latest version of it downloaded from PowerKaraoke website? Karaoke CD+G Creator has one year limit for upgrades, thus if you purchased the software more than a one year ago, you have to renew the license to install the latest version. You may however install the version you have bought, and unlock it.

I liked the program I am using but how do I know which one I need to download, I just downloaded the free one for evaluation, on the site and then tried putting in my unlock code.
Can you tell me how to tell which one I am to download and where to find it I would appreciate it greatly.

I have searched and I can find power karaoke creator 2.1.5 but it won't let me download it it says there is a newer version and keeps going to that.
Is there another way of doing it?

I am sorry, but we do not keep archived version on our website, only the latest one is available for download.
