4. Rip to a subfolder in the target directory based on %AlbumName%. This would make things a bit more organized in my Karaoke folder.
5. FreeDB submit function to add discs that aren't yet in the database
6. Automatically select all by default option
7. Ability to run multiple instances of the program at once. (I have two readers on a Core2 Quad and got around this limitation by running a second instance in a virtual machine)
8. Does the program do error correction? I'm thinking it does since it stalled on a CD that was dirty but I'm not certain.

Okay - so upon reading the February 12th, 2008 blog entry is seems 5 and 8 are already implemented. The others would help with mass rip jobs however.
I also came up with two more:
If the track listing cannot be garnered from FreeDB why not have it automatically try the TRACKTYPE.ORG source. It seems that about 1/4 of the discs that aren't found are available on the other service. Just to be able to select a secondary source would be helpful.
If the file name already exists ask to skip with a skip all selection.
