Did not receive email with unlock code

I did get an unlock code in a popup, so I am not complaining about not getting it but I did not get an email with the code and I have checked my junk mail and regular mail and trash mail Unfortunately the wrong Program and unlock code was sent. It was for Siglos which I already own and at the moment I am sittin here lookin at it all locked up and wondering how to get it off my screen. I am thinking there is a programming error in one of the web order pages, at least I hope that is the problem. Email has been sent to support, but no response so far... 3 day weekend, without the programs I PAID FOR GRRRRRR!

I am in contact with the company! It looks like they have a prob with there system, and hopefully can be fixed soon.
