Choppy lyrics

Ok, so I have been using karaoke professional for a long time now. All of a sudden I'm having problems with choppy lyrics. They run a little behind and it isn't smooth during playback. I have tried lots of the fixes listed on these forums but they haven't worked. One thing really weird is if I start task manager it fixes the problem for that song, but I have to start it for each song. Any ideas to fix it.

Please try running this registry script:

It should revert all settings to default. Should the problems persist, please let me know.

OK so I did that. The lyrics are still choppy, but now the task manager doesn't change it. Now what?

Which version of the program are you currently using?

I'm running siglos karaoke professional 2.0.6 on a computer with windows 7 with a AthelonIIX2 220 processor. 2.8 GHz- 4 GB RAM -64 bit.

You may try changing the rendering in Settings / Display. Also you may try to change the background you are using. I would also recommend updating to the latest version.
