Araoke 5000 spare parts

Hi; I have an Araoke 5000 karaoke machine and was very happy with it. Recently it stopped working; what happens is that I plug it in and the red dot comes on then I press power and then all what comes up is the "welcome" light on the front but does not progress to loading or anything. It sort of freezes and can not get it to do anything, then I unplug it and start again but the same thing happens. Did any one experience the same thing? can I purchase spare parts for it ( such as mother board ). Thanking you
