singers not showing up except the current one

when adding the next singer and the song they will sing, in the rotation window I get the person currently singing but that's it.
the right hand side shows x amount of songs, but the left hand side does not show the singer assigned to that song.
I only get one singer on the right and that is the one currently singing.
If I go to play list side, then I can see the singers attached to the song

the program knows that the next singer will be bill or john, but it does not show it until the singer is currently singing.

also no names are preserved in the history listing.
am I doing something wrong or a bug in the program?

I will keep posting this unitl I get some kind of answer. I have gone through the help files, but nothing so far.

If I don't get an answer soon, I will be returning the product for my money back.

I love you programs, but this is a setup for a new karaoke venue and I need this program to work.

I have a similar problem, except every time I add new singer their name remains but the previous singers name disappear. But from the Rotation view, I can see all singers on the list. Was this problem ever resolved? And how do I attach screenshots onto this forum?
