To diagnose the problem we need a log file
that contains additional information and your song database. To create lot:
- Run the program
- Click in the program main window
- Press Ctrl+Shift+L
- Message "Log enabled" should appear
- Restart the program
- Follow the actions leading to the problem
- Exit the program
- Go to Documents -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to us.
Also please please email us your song database
. It is siglos.db file in Documents / My karaoke folder. You may use service like wetransfer.com
to send large files.
